The following is a list of prices
for the items your child will need for the _________________ Cheerleading Squad
20__-20__. Also included are fees that will have to be paid by the dates
indicated on this contract. Please review payment contract and sign and date
thereafter. Your signature indicates your agreement to pay dues and adhere to
due dates. All fees must be paid by due dates indicated or your child will not
receive cheer apparel, camp services, neither nor pre-game meals.

Athletic
fee: This fee covers pre-game meals throughout the athletic season, Christmas
party and banquet meals.
*Returning
cheerleaders pay $50 less based on basketball concession stand fundraising
efforts from the previous season! Thank you parent volunteers!

Expectations Contract
|

Expectations
· Grades are expected
to be maintained at all times! Grades will be checked every progress report
and report card grading periods. Any cheerleader with a 70 or below on a
progress report or report card will be benched until grade is a 71 or higher.
Any cheerleader below a 70 at the end of first semester will result in
dismissal from the team.
· Cheerleaders are
expected to be a representative both inside and outside of the classroom.
Behaviors found to be inappropriate will result in being benched from one or
more games.

· 100% Effort and
Positive Attitude at all times. Cheerleaders who do not possess such
characteristics at practice or any cheer event will be benched for upcoming
event.
Rules and Regulation Addendum
· Cheerleaders will
attend all scheduled practices, games, fundraiser events, camps, and
banquets; unless it is a medical absence or prior permission has been granted
by the coaches.
· Cheerleaders are
only allowed two unexcused absences. Any unexcused absence thereafter will
result in being removed from the squad.
· Unexcused absences will result in one or more of the
following consequences: extra conditioning; being benched from one or more
games.
· Acceptable excuses for being absent include sickness, death or birth
in the immediate family, or other instances approved by the Coach in advance.
· During game
suspensions, the squad member will sit in uniform with the coach for the
entire game. Not showing up to a game due to a suspension will constitute as
an unexcused absence.
· Cell phones are to be turned off and put away during practices and
games.
· All practices and
FRMS camps will be closed to parents and friends of cheerleaders.
· Cheerleaders are
expected to be picked up promptly after practices and games.
· After 15 minutes,
those remaining will be placed in the after school program (Fees will apply).
· Only official squad
members should be wearing FRMS Cheer attire. Hair must be well groomed and
neatly pulled away from face (preferably in a ponytail) or half up/half down
without flyaways.
· Only official squad
attire may be worn on game days. Official warm ups, t-shirts, and practice wear
are the only items of squad clothing that may be worn during practice or game
days. Any cheerleader without proper attire on game days will be
benched from the game that day.
· Cheerleaders in
uniform or wearing an item of squad or team identification must always
conduct themselves in a manner becoming of an FRMS Cheerleader.

Cheer Concessions Setup Instructions:
Parent Volunteers should arrive 1 hour prior to start of game.
French
Fries (Silver Presto Cooker):
1. Fill
the cooker with grease to the top line.
2. Hit
the Left most button 3 times to set to 375 degrees.
3. Push
the next button once to turn on the cooker and the light will turn green.
4. Once
the grease is hot, fill the basket with the frozen french fries and drop in.
5. Push
‘+’ on the right side timer until 18 minutes appears.
6. Press
‘Time Start/Cancel’ button to start the timer.
7. Cook
the fries until the timer goes off.
8. Press
‘Time Start/Cancel’ button to turn off the timer.
9. Place
the cooked fries into the containers.
10. Fill
the basket with more fries.
11. Repeat
steps 5-8.
French
Fries (Cool Daddy Cooker):
1. Fill
the cooker with grease to the top line.
2. Set
to 375 degrees.
3. Fill
french fries to the top.
4. Cook
until done.
Sink:
Fill the
sink with hot soapy water and rinse the warmer pans.
Hot Dogs:
1. Remove
and rinse the hot dog holder metal.
2. Put
the hot dog metal back into the cooker.
3. Place
the hot dogs in the hot dog holder.
4. Turn
on the hot dog cooker.
Hamburgers:
1. Place
the frozen hamburgers in the slow cooker.
2. Season
both sides with salt/pepper.
3. Turn
on the cooker.
4. Cook
until done.
Canned
Chili or Cheese:
If
necessary, open the metal containers but save the plastic top for storage
later.
Popcorn:
1. Open
the Popcorn/seasoning packet.
2. Place
the kernels in a separate bowl.
3. Place
the seasoning in a separate bowl.
4. Place
the butter in a separate bowl.
5. Fill
the kernels into the largest measuring cup and place into popcorn cooker.
6. Place
a teaspoon of the seasoning into the cooker.
7. Fill
the smaller measuring cup with the butter and add to the cooker.
8. Turn
on the popcorn popper.
9. Cook
popcorn.
10. Place
cooked popcorn into the bags.
Candy:
Place the
candy containers on the left side counter.
Chips:
Place the
chips on the right side counter.
Warming
Pans (3):
Place the
warmed cheese, warmed chili, cooked hotdogs/ hamburgers into the warming pans.
Condiments:
1. Place
the Ketchup/Mustard on the counter.
2. Put
jalapeno’s in a bowl on the counter.
Price
Sheets:
Place price sheets
on the counters in front of the Candy and Chips.
Money Box:
1. Before
sales, count the money and verify with starting amount on the paper.
2. At
the close of the night, count total funds in the box.
